  • August 2006, accompanied by my family I spent summer holidays at a private villa in Barbados owned by Sir Cliff Richard. I have made charitable donations in lieu of the cost of this accommodation. I paid for all other expenses including flights. (Registered 21 September 2006)
  • 26 December 2006-5 January 2007, accompanied by my family, I rented the residence of Robin Gibb for a holiday in Florida. This was a private commercial agreement made through Mr Gibb's manager. I met the cost of all flights. My wife and I were upgraded by British Airways on the flight to Miami and I was upgraded by British Airways on my return flight from Miami.   • 26 December 2006-5 January 2007, accompanied by my family, I rented the residence of Robin Gibb for a holiday in Florida. This was a private commercial agreement made through Mr Gibb's manager. I met the cost of all flights. My wife and I were upgraded by British Airways on the flight to Miami and I was upgraded by British Airways on my return flight from Miami. (Registered 8 January 2007)

  • May 2003, my wife and a family group visited Bermuda on a private holiday for a week in late May. During her stay in Bermuda my wife addressed the Bermuda Bar Association in her professional capacity and the Association met the cost of her flight. All other travel and flight costs were met by my wife together with all other expenses, including payment for their accommodation at Government House at the standard rate fixed by the Bermudan Government.   • October 2002, my wife and a family group stayed for a week at Government House, Bermuda, following a conference she was asked by the Bermudian Government to address in her professional capacity. The Bermudian Government paid her airfare: all the other expenses of the group were met by her, including payment for their accommodation at the standard rate fixed by the Bermudian Government.
