To ask Her Majesty’s Government how many people were killed or injured in road traffic accidents where the driver failed to stop at the scene of the accident in (1) 2015, and (2) 2016; and how many such offenders were convicted in each of those two years for causing death or injury by a motor vehicle.
To ask Her Majesty’s Government how many arrests were made in relation to the Barton Moss protest in Salford, Greater Manchester between November 2013 and April 2014 as part of the police operation codenamed Operation Geraldton; how many of those arrested were charged with an offence; and how many of those individuals were subsequently convicted of an offence.
