Before we begin, I know this is difficult and people forget, but Mr Speaker is clear: we should be wearing our masks if we are not speaking. I ask you to do your best to comply with that, because it is sensitive. The rules under which the House is allowed to operate have been agreed with health and safety, meaning that if we are not complying, not only are you putting everyone at risk, but unfortunately all the work that has been done could be invalidated.
