Before we return to what we were discussing this morning, it might be helpful for the Committee to know that there will be at least one Division in the House this afternoon. If there is, I intend to suspend the Committee for 15 minutes for the first Division and a further 10 minutes if there is a subsequent Division. Therefore, if there are two votes, that will make a total of 25 minutes.
