Periodic returns

Question proposed, That the clause stand part of the Bill.

How often does the Minister expects the returns set out in the clause to be made? That question goes to the heart of the burden of bureaucracy.

I am afraid that I cannot give that information at the moment; I apologise. The hon. Gentleman asked the same question this morning, I think, and I will endeavour to get back to him on it within the next few minutes.
