Just so I am clear, Ms Berry, because it is an important point to clarify for myself, in the event of a young person, for example on a drug testing or treatment requirement, breaching that order, are you saying that, according to the amendment that you may wish to see forwarded, it would be appropriate for a parent to use reasonable force to stop the child or young person undertaking that breach, and that the person with responsible custody of that young person, such as a youth offending officer or somebody else with responsibility, should be able to use reasonable force to prevent the breach of an order?
