Can the Minister clarify something? If someone goes to the www.companieshouse.gov.uk website and looks at the index at any moment, will that be a good way to know whether there is any existing use of the relevant company name? In practical terms, this is an important issue for people who need to check their proposed company name.

Question put and agreed to.
