There will come a time when we can compare and contrast the record of previous Conservative Governments on climate change with our own. Some of us are still trying to come to terms with the idea of the cleaner and greener Conservative party. We look forward to discussing the Conservatives’ voting record on the climate change levy and the hon. Gentleman may want to announce a change of policy on that, which would be of some historic importance.
