I beg to move amendment No. 97, in clause 41, page 22, line 9, at end insert 'the'.

This is pedantry. It would allow consistent drafting, so I hope that the Minister will say that she agrees with it.

Yes, we accept the amendment, and we have spotted a few other such examples, so we will make some changes to those subsections later.
