I beg to move amendment No. 85, in

schedule 4, page 181, line 37, leave out from 'reference' to end of line 38 and insert

'to the Tribunal under this Act or any provisions in force in Northern Ireland corresponding to this Act'.

With this it will be convenient to discuss Government amendments Nos. 88, 89 and 64 to 67.

I find it encouraging, if I may say so, Mr. Griffiths, that I am not the only one who is jumping ahead today. We are clearly both eager for a caffeine intake at some stage. All of these amendments propose technical changes.
