I should like to illustrate further the complexities of the matter. One would interpret the legislation as applying to websites, which can contain contributions from a wide variety of sources for which one cannot vouch. That illustrates again how difficult it would be to put together arrangements that properly protect the person who provides the information, the person who makes it available to those who view it and the business that creates the sources of information.
