I do not want to take up too much of the Committee's time, but when I was researching this part of the Bill again last night, it occurred to me that, with regard to this clause, I should have tabled an identical amendment to amendment No 148, which I tabled to a later counterpart clause—clause 39. I simply wanted to put that on the record, so that the Minister can see that I was inadvertent in not doing so. When we come to discuss amendment No. 148 to clause 39, we will be able to discuss similar issues to some that apply to clause 34. I do not seek a reply from the Minister on that at this stage.

Question put and agreed to.

Clause 34 ordered to stand part of the Bill.
