Briefly, these are purely technical amendments to ensure that the correct references to appropriate sections appear in the Act. It applies to the original sections 36 and 37 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and to clause 1 of the Bill, which will become section 37A of the Act.

Amendment No. 11 simply corrects a drafting error: the reference to section 67 of the 1995 Act should have been to section 68. Amendment No. 12 brings in the correct reference to the new section 37A, which will be created by clause 1. As I said, they are purely technical amendments.
