Yes. I believe that we are adhering to our statutory responsibilities. We can, however, always do more than simply follow the law. We can go over and above what is required, and that is why I am always more than happy to work with my ministerial counterpart in DAERA to put in place schemes to support regeneration in rural settlements such as the village catalyst grant scheme and the Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF) grant scheme as well as work through the Housing Executive.
