Given that the delivery timeline for Casement Park is extremely tight, I asked why what is good for one DUP Minister is not good for the other. The Education Minister is pressing ahead without a business case and without security of funding, so can the Minister give a firm commitment, reassure the House and ensure that he will not let the tender process or any other process delay or drag to the point that we miss out on Euro 2028?
