I thank the Minister for that answer. In the absence of a bill of rights for the North, we are obviously in a rights deficit here, and that is particularly true of groups, such as the LGBTQIA+ community, who suffer that vividly. Does the Minister agree with me on the importance of the strategy, in the first instance, and will he commit to liaising with the sector on the specifics of the strategy?
