I assure the Member that that forms part of my bid to the Department of Finance for the budget settlement for this financial year. I have met the unions and indicated my support for resolving the pay and grading review issue. That is separate from the pay settlements, because those workers are part of a national joint negotiating committee and have received pay increases over the past number of years. The issue, however, when it comes to the impact that that increase has on them, is with the baseline by which they are paid, as well as the wider issues with recruitment and retention of the workforce. That is why the pay and grading review has been taking place. I have supported the business case that went forward to the Department of Finance, and it forms part of my bid for the allocation to the Department of Education as part of the Budget process.
