I thank the Minister for her answer. Does she recognise the need for such measures to be put in place to limit the potential for ex members of the Royal Ulster Constabulary to be prosecuted under the so-called legacy investigations?

That is a matter, ultimately, for the British Government and the Secretary of State, but I recognise the concern that there is around the issue and implore anyone involved to address it as soon as possible.
