With regard to support for colleges, ministers intervened to resolve the college dispute over pay harmonisation and to ensure that national pay scales were introduced. Does the minister recognise that the symptoms that she mentioned are also symptoms of underactive thyroid? When women have that, often they are not tested, because they are told at a certain age that it is the menopause.
