2-11 December 2004, to Wellington, New Zealand, to participate in a "Consultative Assembly of Parliamentarians for the International Criminal Court and the Rule of Law", hosted by the Parliament of New Zealand and also to attend an international parliamentary forum on "Parliamentarians, the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and Nuclear Weapon Free Zones."
