Former MP for Bromley
12. asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether any conditions are being put forward limiting the numbers and armament of the Egyptian Army under the régime to be created by the draft Egyptian Treaty?
Does it occur to the hon. Gentleman that the fact that these conditions are not being raised is reasonable in view of the declared policy of His Majesty's Government?
Can the hon. Member say whether, when any of these officials go home, they will be afforded protection against their own Government?
6. asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in the negotiations now in progress with the Egyptian representatives, arrangements are being made for trade commissioners?
7. asked the Lord Privy Seal whether he has received the Report upon colonisation and employment opportunities in British Columbia which, as a result of his visit to Canada, he was to receive from the Premier of British Columbia; and whether he proposes to publish this Report now or when received?
May I have an answer to the last part of the question, as to whether the right hon. Gentleman proposes to publish the Report?
76. asked the First Commissioner of Works whether he has given his sanction to the destruction of the water garden in Regent's Park originally laid out by Sir Joseph Paxton?
Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that the water garden originally laid out by Sir Joseph Paxton is destined to be removed, like the solitary tree in Regent's Park, and will he give the matter his attention?
