Unless the lady was able to prove that it was not done in good faith—and he would not have to go into the box to explain it; she would have to go into the box and show it was not done in good faith—that is what would happen if this Bill were to become law. That is an actual case, and I know the truth of it, and none of the Law Officers of the Crown can deny it.
