Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that in the Metropolitan area there were 700 of these cases, and that over 90 per cent. were those of single drivers?
What protection has the single driver of a motor car against conviction in these circum stances?
Are not these very overwhelming and sinister figures? Will not the right hon. Gentleman look into them?
