What use has been made of the appeals procedure that was agreed by the various unions at the onset of this matter?

Is my right hon. Friend able to say whether the horrible circumstances mentioned have arisen in those parts of the British Isles where for many years water undertakings have been run by private companies?
Is it not a fact that, as I have said on a number of occasions, each advance in medical science may increase the length of some waiting lists by enhancing the demand?
