    In a letter dated 7 May 2007, the Secretary of State has notified me that he has made a restoration order under section 2(2) of the Northern Ireland (St Andrews Agreement) Act 2006. The restoration order lifts the suspension of the Northern Ireland Assembly and effects the restoration of devolved Government in Northern Ireland today.
