Dame Sharon Michele White, DBE, having been created Baroness White of Tufnell Park, of Tufnell Park in the London Borough of Islington, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Baroness Hogg and Lord Burns, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
