16B: Clause 9, page 7, line 27, leave out “all”Member’s explanatory statementThis is a technical amendment needed because the new duty to summarise illegal content risk assessments in the terms of service (see the amendment in the Minister’s name inserting new subsection (8A) below) is imposed only on providers of Category 1 services.

16C: Clause 9, page 7, line 27, at end insert “(as indicated by the headings).”Member’s explanatory statementThis amendment provides clarification because the new duty to summarise illegal content risk assessments in the terms of service (see the amendment inserting new subsection (8A) below) is imposed only on providers of Category 1 services.
