33: Clause 32, page 30, line 25, leave out from beginning to “provision” and insert “Schedule (Enforcement of obligations of licence holders) makes” Member's explanatory statement This amendment, the amendment in the name of Lord Callanan at page 30, line 28, and New Schedule (Enforcement of obligations of licence holders) provide for the enforcement of obligations of licence holders and accordingly omit the powers in clause 32 to make corresponding provision by regulations.
