134: Clause 62, page 57, line 8, after “to” insert “do either or both of the following”Member’s explanatory statementThis amendment clarifies that the power under section 60C(1)(d) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 is a power to require a person to leave the land in question, to remove property from the land or to do both.
