146: Clause 56, page 38, line 2, at end insert—“(6) The requirement in subsection (5) may be met by consultation carried out before this section comes into force.”Member’s explanatory statementThis amendment provides that the consultation requirement in inserted section 45AZC(5) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 may be met by pre-commencement consultation.
