My Lords, it is a firm convention that the House rises by about 3 pm on a Friday, so noble Lords might bear that in mind when making their contributions. However, 49 speakers are signed up for today's debate. If Back-Bench contributions are kept to around seven minutes, the House should be able to rise at around 5 pm.
