My Lords, we lost four colleagues during the Recess and it is with great regret that I have to inform the House of the deaths of the noble Lords, Lord Garden, Lord Biffen, Lord Deedes and Lord Gilmour of Craigmillar. On behalf of the whole House, I extend our condolences to the noble Lords' families and friends.
