My Lords, that is not true. The closure was not moved by the Government; I think that it was moved by the Liberal Democrat Chief Whip and quite a number of us voted against it, because we wanted the discussion to continue. The noble Baroness cannot deny that a lot of time-wasting was going on. We could continue that debate, but it was certainly not closed by noble Lords on this side, because we voted against it.
