My Lords, I am very conscious that the Minister is not on the Bench opposite.
To ask Her Majesty’s Government what is their assessment of the contribution of the arts to the nation’s education, health and emotional well-being.
Debates in the House of Lords are an opportunity for Peers from all parties (and crossbench peers, and Bishops) to scrutinise government legislation and raise important local, national or topical issues.
And sometimes to shout at each other.
