What is the estimated cost to TfL if London were to facilitate World Car Free Day this year?

Transport for London estimates the minimum cost for a car free day campaign that would support local events would be £310,000. The cost would rise to £500,000-£800,000 if larger scale road closures comparable to the 2019 event were involved.
