Can you provide me with an update on TfL’s plans to submit a business case to the DfT by Spring 2022 to access £50 million of Government funding?

Transport for London (TfL) is developing the business case for submission to the Department for Transport and this remains on course for spring 2022. TfL is currently reviewing the different options, and developing the cost estimates, to ensure the best value for money solution is recommended.
