What are you doing to identify and fill any gaps in your mental health work programmes?

Mr Mayor, while you are looking up your answer, just to save even more time, can I just say that I recently met with the Mental Health Foundation, which highlighted that we are not a signatory to the Prevention Concordat for Better Mental Health. Will you commit to signing up to that, please?
