Can TfL investigate the possibility of installing a bus stop near Ardra Road on Meridian Way, A1055, as there are a number of businesses nearby whose workers would benefit from better access to the bus network?

Transport for London (TfL) acknowledges that there is currently no direct access to the bus network at Ardra Road as the closest stops are located on Pickett’s Lock Lane, a distance of approximately 540 metres. However, the local bus network would need to be significantly re-structured in order to improve access. This would require a viable business case, provision of funding, and the identification of suitable stop locations. TfL intends to consider options for improving access to Ardra Road as part of a review of the local bus network in autumn 2021.
