How many times have the Metropolitan Police disclosed details of non-crime hate incidents on DBS criminal record checks?

The MPS does not routinely disclose non-crime hate incidents on DBS record checks. In exceptional circumstances disclosures can be made but it would have to satisfy national relevancy and proportionality criteria.

The MPS are unable to extract that information in the time available to answer this question.
