You claim that the Silvertown Tunnel scheme leads to an improvement in overall air quality. However your carbon and energy statement shows an increase of 0.4% in CO2 emissions across all of Greater London with the tunnel built, over doing nothing, Presumably this increase is a result of increased fuel burn. How does more fuel burnt produce better air, overall?
