I understand Transport for London provided you with a response to Mayor’s Question 2019/19757 on 6 March 2020. This noted:
Following enquiries made of the relevant Transport for London (TfL) staff still employed at TfL who were at the TfL Safety, Sustainability & Human Resources Panel (SSHRP) meetings on 28 September 2017, 22 November 2017 and 22 January 2018 and the TfL Board meeting on 23 May 2018, no contemporaneous notes (including handwritten) have been retained by them.
Notes which the TfL Secretariat staff take to prepare the minutes are destroyed once the minutes are approved at a subsequent meeting. This is standard and recommended good practice. It is followed by the Committee and Member Services Staff at the GLA. The ISO 9001 accreditation held by the team includes as part of its audit a requirement to check that notes have been deleted after Minutes have been approved.
