I understand that the redevelopment at Northwood Station has been paused while Notting Hill Genesis and TfL 'reassess options'. Can you provide any detail on what is happening, including reasons for the delay and what the future timetable for the plans might be?

Transport for London (TfL) is committed to providing much-needed homes on its site at Northwood. Working with its development partner, Notting Hill Genesis, TfL has spoken to hundreds of residents about its proposals for the site, and it is currently reviewing this feedback to bring forward a scheme on this site which aligns with both the London Plan and local priorities. I have asked TfL to keep you updated directly on the next steps for this site.

While options for the development are being reviewed, TfL is focusing on ways to improve the current retail offer on Station Approach and Green Lane. TfL is identifying potential tenants for the empty units and is working closely with the local authority to improve the local environment next to the station.
