The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) share investigative appeals to locate missing children with the British Transport Police (BPT) on a daily basis. They are also piloting Operation Compass, a joint intelligence led operation to reduce risks to exploited children and have worked together to safeguard individuals exploited through County Lines by working with the Rescue and Response project. At a strategic level, the Met facilitates effective partnership working with the BTP through the London Vulnerability Leads Forum and the NPCC Missing Persons working group.
