Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill — Second Reading
A majority of MPs voted to establish the Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR), make it the sole investigator of deaths and serious injuries connected with the Northern Ireland Troubles and introduce a conditional scheme for immunity from prosecution for those cooperating with the commission.
