A majority of MPs voted for a new partnership between an active state and enterprising business, to continue a COVID-19 related uplift in Universal Credit, to reverse the public sector worker pay freeze, for extra funding for councils to prevent council tax rises, and to establish a "British Recovery Bond" to enable people to invest via a scheme providing loans to new businesses.
