A majority of MPs agreed and voted for a little extra flexibility surrounding the moving of a motion in the House of Commons on seeking a delay to the UK leaving the EU; allowing the motion to be moved by any minister, not just the Prime Minister, and to allow it to be put on one of two days rather than on a specific day.
