Draft Important Public Services (Health) Regulations 2017 — 40% Strike Ballot Threshold for Fire Service Workers
A majority of MPs agreed and voted for the support of 40% of those entitled to vote in a ballot for industrial action by key fire service workers to be required for such action to be lawful.
