Conditional Fee Agreements Order 2013 — Caps on No-Win No-Fee Success Fees
A majority of MPs disagreed and voted to cap success fees in no-win no-fee cases at 100% of the lawyer's basic fee, and to additionally set a further cap of 25% of damages awarded in personal injury cases.
