Parliamentary Voting System and Constituencies Bill — Second Reading

David Gauke voted in favour of a referendum on using the Alternative Vote system in general elections and for parliamentary constituency boundary changes which would have reduced the number of MPs from 650 to 600.

A majority of MPs voted the same.
