(1) Proceedings on consideration of Lords Amendments shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion three hours after their commencement.

(2) The Lords Amendments shall be considered in the following order: 23, 151, 153, 115, 117, 159, 161, 1 to 22, 24 to 114, 116, 118 to 150, 152, 154 to 158, 160, 162 to 229.
